Carlee’s first experience with exercise and body movement started at a young age with martial arts. In 2003 she received her black belt in Tae Kwon Do at just twelve years old. The five years it took to achieve, taught her about consistency, accountability & self discipline.

From 2012 to 2017 she worked as a stripper full time. It was physically demanding & mostly a great time! It taught her about work/life balance, self care & community.

Carlee hired her first trainer in 2015 and started powerlifting & working out consistently. In 2017, after a year of studying she received her NASM certification and began working as a PT.

She sees her clients as her friends. She loves to support & connect with her people. Her mentality around exercise is, it’s self care. It’s investing in yourself. It’s for longevity. It’s a celebration of the body. It may not always be fun but it will be worth it… and she truly tries her best to make sure it is mostly always fun.

Her programming style is simple & effective working with a wide range of people. She specializes in the compound lifts: squat, deadlift, bench, etc.. As well as stability, mobility & core focused drills.
