Yoga w/ Ace Cauthen — All-Levels Yoga incorporates meditation, movement, and breathwork designed to unify the mind and body. Classes will incorporate floor work, standing, and balance postures, and use a variety of props. You will walk away feeling energized and recharged.

Knockout Boxing w/ Molly Sparkman — Knockout classes include boxing instruction, heavy bag work, plyometrics, strength and interval training, in a dimly lit environment with fast paced/hip-hop music and intensity. No experience necessary.

Functional Fit w/ Laura Devine — This class utilizes varied movements and equipment for a full body workout in either circuit or class format. For the early birds, this class is a great way to start the day strong and even sneak in a bit of body care!

Live {Fit} Life (Saturday morning Class!) w/ Evan Supanich & Kaitlyn Evans — This circuit style class focuses heavily on weight lifting and plyometrics training from a functional stand point with a secondary focus on agility and balance training. This class was designed to empower the individual and train them to take on every day life. No experience necessary.

Booty & Core w/ Carlee Murrell - Booty & Core is a high energy 45-minute group class made to tone & sculpt. We’ll have music bumping under club-like lights using bodyweight isometric holds, band work, dumbbells, sled pulls & more in either a class or circuit format.
