Whether you are brand new to the gym, struggling with consistency, accountability, or just in a rut, Lindsay is an expert in providing personalized workouts and support. With the amount of fitness content that is online these days, it can feel overwhelming and confusing to know where to start or how to advance your fitness goals.

Consistency truly is the key. Fitness goals don't happen overnight. With Lindsay’s training style you will first establish mental discipline. Following you will prioritize functional and compound movements tailored to your appropriate lifestyle.

In a session with Lindsay, her main goal is to get your body to move in a way that feels good and brings joy to fitness and movement. She wants you to walk away from your session together feeling empowered, rather than beaten and weak.

About Lindsay: She first got into fitness running at an early age, which continued into her college career as a cross-country and track athlete at Warner Pacific University in PDX. Currently, Lindsay is an active, competitive BodyBuilding Athlete, with two; first place finishes. She loves exploring many different avenues of fitness and movement, with her favorite being strength training. She also has a love for movement in the outdoors; having run 3 half marathons, a Marathon, summited Mt. St. Helens, and a love for snowboarding.
