Jeremy works with a wide range of clients: from recreational and competitive athletes, to actors, to his parents and well, pretty much anyone with a human body. Jeremy’s ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude, and anyone that shows up ready to work hard.
“We are all humans, but we all come from different walks of life and carry with us a body that tells a story of that life. As such, all my training programs are developed around my clients’ individual needs.”
My main goal when training clients is ultimately to make sure we are SAFELY moving towards your goal. “Safe” does not mean boring but rather, effective. My programs are based on simple, but proven methods that are constantly changing to keep things interesting. My biggest philosophy is that results come from the ability to consistently work hard over a period of time and if you’re constantly injured and unable to train, your goals become further out of reach.
