Colette's passion for movement began in high school, where she played both basketball and soccer. Though it's been years since she last dribbled a ball with her hands or feet, her connection to movement never faded. Shortly after leaving organized sports, Colette realized that movement wasn't just beneficial for her body—it also helped calm her restless mind, especially as someone who has lived with ADHD her entire life.
It wasn’t until around 2010, with the rise of the "Instagram Fitness Influencer" era, that Colette discovered strength training—a transformative way to reconnect with her athleticism, challenge her body, and engage her mind. From the moment she picked up her first weight, it was love at first lift. She quickly became known as the "fit friend," the "gym rat," the go-to person for health and fitness advice among her circle.
After years of passion, Colette made the decision to turn her lifelong love for fitness into a career. The only thing she wondered was, "Why didn’t I do this sooner?!"
Today, Colette is deeply fulfilled helping women discover their inner strength, resilience, and confidence. Her training style blends compound movements, core work, hypertrophy, balance and stability training, mobility, and multiplanar exercises. She customizes programs to meet each client's individual goals, emphasizing that getting fit isn’t just about looking good—it’s about living a vibrant, healthy, and comfortable life for years to come.
