Eboni is a former Division I and professional basketball player with over a decade of experience helping people train with purpose, structure, and confidence. She currently works in collegiate strength & conditioning at Portland State University, supporting athletes in a team-based, high-performance environment.
She works with a wide range of clients, including collegiate athletes, avid amateur competitors, competitive individuals who’ve hit plateaus due to gaps in strength or power training, adults returning to training after time away, and youth learning how to build strength properly from the start. Eboni designs thoughtful programs that account for sport practice, competition schedules, recovery needs, and real-life stressors, helping clients progress without burning out.
Her approach balances structure with flexibility. Training plans are intentional, adaptable, and designed to peak when it matters, whether that’s for competition, a season, or long-term consistency. She values clear communication, good movement, and helping clients understand the why behind their training.
Outside of coaching, Eboni enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors, especially exploring new camping spots with great views. A fun fact: alongside her coaching career, she also attended culinary school.
For Eboni, training isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about building strength that carries over into sport, life, and everything in between."
